1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and f7bd ("f7bd", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the f7bd online gaming platform available at f7bd.app and any associated mobile-accessible versions thereof.

By accessing, registering on, or using the f7bd platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the f7bd platform. These Terms apply to all players accessing f7bd from within Bangladesh, including but not limited to players based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.

3Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on f7bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the f7bd platform in any capacity.
• You must be a resident of or currently located within Bangladesh and accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a current active self-exclusion with f7bd.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and maintain that information as accurate throughout your account tenure.
• You must not be opening an account on behalf of another person or with the intention of circumventing any account limitation imposed by f7bd.

f7bd reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension, withdrawal holds, or permanent account closure. Age verification is a mandatory step in the registration process and will be repeated if f7bd has reasonable grounds to suspect a player does not meet the minimum age requirement.

4Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on f7bd. The creation of duplicate accounts by a single individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the forfeiture of associated balances. When registering, you must:

• Provide your real full name, date of birth, and valid Bangladeshi mobile number as your primary contact and payment channel identifier.
• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party. f7bd will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where prompted, as it provides an additional layer of protection for your account and BDT wallet balance.
• Notify f7bd immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation or if your registered mobile number has been compromised.

f7bd is not liable for any losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted from your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. Where f7bd suspects fraudulent access, it reserves the right to lock the account pending investigation.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on f7bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the platform:

• The minimum deposit across all supported payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and local bank transfers) is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by f7bd, though payment service providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• f7bd does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals processed through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, or City Bank. The amount deposited is the amount credited; the amount requested for withdrawal is the amount disbursed.
• Mobile wallet deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your f7bd account instantly upon confirmed transfer. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 1 to 24 hours depending on the originating financial institution.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. f7bd reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above a threshold determined at f7bd's discretion.
• Any funds deposited in error, deposited via fraudulent or stolen payment instruments, or determined by f7bd to originate from unlawful activity will be reversed, retained pending investigation, or forfeited at f7bd's sole discretion in accordance with applicable law.

6Bonuses and Promotions

f7bd may offer bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified f7bd players aged 21 and above who satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3 of these Terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your f7bd account in BDT and must be used on the platform. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements and rollover multipliers are stated explicitly in the terms of each individual promotion. f7bd does not apply a universal rollover to all bonuses; check the specific offer terms before claiming.
• f7bd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, amendments will not retroactively affect that balance.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, in violation of these Terms, or in conjunction with a duplicate account will be forfeited in full. f7bd may deduct such bonus amounts from a player's withdrawable balance where they have already been wagered.

f7bd does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotional offer at any time. Promotional offers may be targeted at specific player segments, geographic regions within Bangladesh, or particular game categories such as cricket betting or slots. Players who do not receive a targeted offer are not entitled to its terms or value.

7Responsible Gaming

f7bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is only available to adults aged 21 and above. f7bd provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly through your account settings at no cost and without the need to contact customer support:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your f7bd account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced (not increased) during a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: configure alerts that notify you after a defined period of continuous play, helping you keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Cool-off period: temporarily suspend your f7bd account for a period of your choosing, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cool-off you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: permanently or for an extended period close your account and prevent re-registration. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed until the exclusion period has elapsed.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f7bd platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. f7bd reserves the right to terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited activities, withhold balances pending investigation, and report relevant conduct to appropriate authorities:

• Using the platform to launder money, process the proceeds of criminal activity, or fund any unlawful enterprise, in violation of applicable Bangladeshi and international anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or under a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any account restriction imposed by f7bd.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software not expressly authorised by f7bd to interact with the platform, influence game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, tournament, or wagering event available on f7bd, including but not limited to Pool Rummy and live casino tables.
• Depositing funds using payment instruments that do not belong to you, including stolen bKash or Nagad wallet credentials, stolen debit or credit card details, or any other fraudulently obtained payment method.

Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, full forfeiture of account balances including any pending withdrawal requests, and legal action where f7bd determines this to be appropriate. f7bd cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies upon receipt of a valid legal request.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the f7bd platform, including but not limited to the f7bd brand name, logo, website design, graphical interface, game selection presentation, text, images, and software components, is the exclusive intellectual property of f7bd or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the f7bd platform without the prior written consent of f7bd. Unauthorised use of f7bd's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f7bd's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• f7bd does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party payment processing delays may affect service availability. f7bd will endeavour to minimise downtime but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.
• f7bd accepts no liability for losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, except where such losses result directly from f7bd's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or by live dealers operating under established casino procedures. f7bd does not guarantee any outcome and accepts no liability for the results of any wager, bet, or game played on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi consumer protection law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.

11Privacy

f7bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available at f7bd.app/privacy-policy. By registering on f7bd you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. f7bd will never sell your personal data to third parties and will only share information where required by law, by a valid legal process, or with payment processing partners strictly for the purpose of facilitating your transactions.

12Amendments to These Terms

f7bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations under these Terms, f7bd will endeavour to provide notice by posting a prominent notice on the f7bd platform or by sending a notification to the registered contact details associated with your account.

Continued use of the f7bd platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected]. Any balances held at the time of account closure will be paid out subject to identity verification and the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 5.

13Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the f7bd platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. f7bd will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
